Running is one of life’s most natural functions. However, previous injuries, muscle imbalances and improper technique can affect our ability to run well and stay pain free.

A video running analysis by one of our physiotherapists can help identify factors that could lead to an injury or identify changes that should be implemented to alleviate pain or discomfort.

Prior to each Video Running Analysis, our physiotherapist will take you through an assessment of range of motion, strength and muscle imbalance. Afterwards, your running technique will be recorded and assessed.

Using frame by frame technology, your physiotherapist will review your assessment with you, and formulate a plan to improve your running technique and prevent injuries.

Runners will also be assigned at home exercises to improve any imbalances, correct form or strengthen weak areas.
